Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Luxeire.com purchases. If that’s not the case, we will gladly accept merchandise for return or exchange within thirty (30) days of shipping date, at no cost to you, provided the merchandise is

  • In new condition with hangtags attached
  • Hasn’t been washed or worn
  • Is free of perfume, smoke, and deodorant damages; and
  • In its original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet our hygiene and health standards.

We only process returns or exchanges for items purchased on Luxeire.com. If you purchased Luxeire products through any means other than Luxeire.com, please contact that seller directly regarding the return or exchange.

To return or exchange merchandise please contact us at support@luxeire.com for return authorization. We will provide you with a pre-paid mailing label once your return has been authorized. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for unauthorized returns. To avoid this, please email support@luxeire.com to receive authorization before sending anything back.

Once your item(s) reach our warehouse, it can take up to two (2) business days for the item to be inspected and processed. Once your return meets our return requirements, your refund or exchange will be processed within fifteen (15) business days and a credit will be applied to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. If your credit card has expired or we cannot refund your account for any reason, we will issue your refund in the form of a credit or gift card.

Our hours are 9AM – 5PM EST Monday to Friday, but you can also leave a message and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. We do our best to answer all email inquiries within 48 business hours.
